Silver - The Falling Knife

The Powers That Be must want silver to go down big time.

Seems like everyday is a buying day, but why not wait?

There doesnt seem to be any upswing, other than some 10 cent before markets open rise. Then Back Down.

Whats a good indicator of a botton on this metal?

Just wait. Equities are going to do the same thing soon. There is massive de-leveraging going on. People are going to freak as their retirement accounts shrink daily.

You want the simple answer. Simple. When EVERYTHING is going down and losses maybe another 15% and then gold turns up decisively while everything else continues downward. But then again, what the hell do I know?

Hey, this happens about this same time every year. Around Christmas it heads up again and regains everything it lost. For the next year and a half silver will swing between $14 and $21, then jump up over $40 in the winter of 2010. If you have been in the business for a while you really should be used to these swings by now.

Exactly, check out a seasonal gold or silver chart, and you will see that they rally between Sept until about end of Dec. They will start slowing down then, and will get the smack down by March.
